  13. I had made a complaint of one of my symphony coolers Strome 100(I have five symphony coolers.) The oscillation system ia not working. I was told the service charges are 300 rupees and the motor costs Rs 323.00
    I find it rather unconvincing to pay Rs 300 as service charges. I have withdrawn my complaint. I wish the service charges be made more reasonable.

    I guess symphony has no value for customers... My complaint is that the back wheel are just falling off every time & that is damaging the cooler... Kindly can any one attention to this.

  25. I placed my complaint on 15.04.2016, nobody has come till date. Everytime the service man either says he is coming or he doesnt pick. Such a horrible experience. Two days back i received an sms that the complaint is automatically closed. What the hell is this.

    I have again raised a complaint no.CB-CR-30D16004. I want this to be resolved immediately. My warranty is to expire on 07.05.2016. Im not going to take any excuse on warranty expiry if no one comes before 07.05.2016, as i raised the complaint well before warranty expire.

  26. Dear Symphony Customer Care,
    I have symphony cooler(model - iChill).Cooler have issue in electronic panel. I logged complained (No: GH-EL-@E16002)and asked to repair the same. Service boys denied to repair and ask to replace the whole panel.

    The same thing happened in warranty period at that time service boy repair the electronic panel and now (out of warranty) service boy is not repairing the panel.

    It seems that symphony is doing cheating and want to earn the money from customer.

  32. We have called many times and got a response that service boy will visit in 48hrs. finally they registered our complain, we came to know that by SMS we got. As mentioned that complain will be attended withing 24hrs. but nobody has came here .
    The issue we are facing from the day of purchase is that :

    Insufficient air.Not even cover a room.
    Water leakage.
    And the most important that we noticed is that there a crack in body.

  37. Pathetic after sales service from Symphony and rude response from company’s representative, with reference to my complaint no. AH-NI-9E16019 and AH-NI-18E16017, it was my huge mistake to purchase an air cooler model diet 22i from symphony company. Moreover, there was an issue of water droplets coming out of the blower. Initially complain regarding the same was made to the company on 09.05.2016 and due to non-appearance of any company representative another company was made to the company on 11.05.2016.

    Thereafter, on visit of company technician I was informed that the honeycomb cooling pad needs to be replaced and as suggested I replaced the same the very next day. To my surprise I was charged Rs. 800/- that is twice than the priced fixed by the company (of which Rs. 400/- was refunded back after lot of agitation). Keeping that aside, the problem of water coming out from the blower still existed and the representative was called again the very next day. However, representative of the company suggested that initially for a day you might face this problem as the pad is new and same was agreed by me. The next visit made by the technician was around 8 p.m. and seemed to rush home early hence he was least bothered to entertain the problem.

    Tired of complaining, finally the step of emailing the company had become the only option, but even the company is least bothered to respond to the same. As till date the problem does persist and I have been continuously complaining for the same but company representative has been talking very rudely with us and escalating the issue by saying he will visit as per his convenience and not as per our availability. Hence, if this is the scenario it is better that the company takes back its product and i will happily move on to local cooler agency as they atleast provide way better service than Symphony.

    It has been a shame on the company's part that they have such representative that openly challenges a customer to make complain against him by name and also says that the company cannot take any action against him. Is this the case? If no i would be oblige if the issue is taken up seriously and better service is provided to existing customers with some prompt and polite customer service.

    Now due to the above mentioned problem I in person have also received shock/current from the body of the cooler. So Symphony will be totally responsible for any such issues and also for failure of the product. If the company does not get the issue solved at earliest I shall take the matter to the consumer forum at any means.

    Waiting for an eager and early service as my problem has been there since 09.05.2016 (peak summers).

I am waiting for a new Dura Pump for my Storm 100i for more than 2 months. Hi i had bought symphony ninja cooler my complaint number HY-VI-15D16025 i had registered complaint on April 15.04.2016 technicians had come and he said that motor is not working and till today no response regarding the service not its beyond the warranty time. That technician gave the dealer number and left that dealer name is raju no he has keeping on telling the same that we will send in two days till today no response.   43. Seriously Symphony service is a bullshit. I logged a complaint (BL-SR-8E160003) on 8 May 2016 and till now nobody is bothered to call me. I tried calling customer care a number of times, but they are also giving bullshit answers like "out technician will call you within 24-48 hours". I had called Bangalore manager Mr. Dilip Nagraj on 9379365415. But most of the times his phone is busy. On 24th May I got him, he told the technician will visit either the same day or the day after. But no response from either side. Therefore I request all the customers never to buy any Symphony product. They have the worst ever customer service in the world.

  44. i purchase symphony i70 model before 15 days. in 15 days it is turn off 3 times. i complaint 3 times in 15 days. i do not understand why i purchase it in 15k. a normal 4k cooler is best than symphony cooler. i want to change it but nobody help. please tell what should i do? who can i replace it? last night i change the cooler from one room to another room. when i start the cooler than remote and switches both are not working but when i start in morning it working fine.Cooler automatic turn off automatic Working. i do not understand what happened with the cooler we sleep without cooler all night and in morning it is working fine. please help i want to replace it.

  45. Its very disappointing writing to you that it has been 2 days i logged complain and still mechanic has not arrived to fix issue. I have called him(Mr Nirmal, Mobile-9825699349) at least 7 times and he is always giving false commitment to arrive in next few hours. There are also instance when he is not responding my call or SMS. I think its my great mistake to buy Symphony Air Cooler.

Seems like the customer care number : 07930130111 doesnt work. Also tried the message, it too dint work. Could you please help resolve this aty the earliest.

  50. I had registered complaint regarding to his cooler before four days but still engineer not visited at my premises. I had been talk to service centre on this number @ 7055702048 and she is given fake appointment to me from past four days and same as distributor @9837114448.
    Its very painfull to say that your service is becoming pathetic day by day.

  52. Hello SymphonyI am symphony customer from the month of April 2016 by choosing siesta 70 cooler.

    In the initial days I did not face any problem with the water sprinkling motor. From the past one month I raised 3 complaints on the same reason(now I raised 4th one also i.e. HY-IC-3D17032). Hope you understand the seriousness of the concern .

    When I checked with hyderabad technical team to replace the water sprinkling motor , they are denying by saying that because of water we are facing the issue. But my point is that if the problem is with the water, why did not I raise or face a single complaint or concern for water sprinkling motor in the first 6 or 9 months i.e. first session.

    My request is that to replace the water sprinkling motor now being I am facing problem with it very frequently and my product is still in warrenty. Again if I face the same problem after the warranty expired it will be great difficult and expensive for me.

    I am expecting your response for this as the hyderabad team informed me the above explanation.

    Here I appreciate Murthy , Ashish and another technician who are helping and working even at late nights and responding with great patience ..
