    We have a Water Geyser ER6. As it was not working, we gave a call to their official service centre M/s Shivam Enterprises, Jaipur. Their man came on 5th Dec. and took away the Heater promising that the same will be repaired and installed back on 7th. He gave an estimate of Rs.1440/-. After many phone calls, he came back on 11th. He charged Rs. 2950/- and did not give us any guarantee card, did not returned old parts, did not show any rate list. In no way, we were satisfied that they have used genuine parts. All these comments were written on Service report but no one bothered to satisfy us. Next day, again the heater stopped working. We talked to every one, Service centre owner, Recold Service Manager, another service centre. After persuasion for more than a week, the same man came back and after checking announce that the thermostat failed. In the process, he damaged the feeder electric line, one extension wire, and left the heater in damaged condition. we do not know what to do further. This is the service of the so called reputed international Company. =O.P.AGARWAL

    Since the time we have bought this geyser we have been calling them. Everytime we call they say we are escalating and there is no response.we logged a complaint on 1st March and today is 6th no body came to fix it. They have the most pathetic service i have come accross.

    I have installed a 5 litres racold eterno geyser some years back. Suddenly a defect occurred. Heating rod stops working and has to be replaced. No service center in Ganton. Wanted to buy online. Pl. help.
