    i have micromax A116i mobile phone (having some problem 1.not detecting sim 2.not detecting memory chip 3.incoming & outgoing speaker is also not working alredy given mobile in service center (Shree SAI Telecom(Gurgaon)) in 29-Dec-2014.Still now i am not getting any response from the mentioned service center .those are informing it will take time more .

    Now come back to the matter or story of micromax customer service regarding my complaint, i have got the another jobsheet no. N070362-0715-17906588 from micromax service center with below response-

    1. They still don;t know when the handset is repaired in how maney days

    2. After communicating with customer care no. 1860-500-8286, i got the information that new job sheet may generate but still local service center couldn't informed.

    3. As per the CC information handset have a network problem shown in jobsheet, but i never have the network problem in my mobile handset nor i complaint for it. I have problem with display only please refer old two job-sheet for this. How the 3rd job sheet shown that network problem in handset?

    4.The communication of customer care and service center is entirely opposite regarding the information.

    5. Local service center force me to take the another mobile set of low configuration (knite a290) because of original mobile will not repaired.

    6. Your office number 0124-4811000 is never every attended by person either in corporate or customer service category.

    Kindly, response on the above matter if this email id is exist with Micromax ..

    Further, i promising with Micromax the in my entire life i never buy any product from Micromax or promote to any one... I also be take this poor service issue with my friends on facebook, twitter, and groups to stop buying this micromax product.

    I have purchased micromax smart phone canvas model No. A106 through Big C on 08-05-2015 at Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad.
    Since from the begining of my purchase, I am facing so many problems till date. The Problems are :
    1. After making conversation of one or two minutes, the Battery is getting heated up and "Remove the battery" like that message will be coming.
    2. After 15 days I have given to the micromax customer care (Ms. SS Enterprises, Moosarambagh, Dilsuknagar Hyd) they have upgraded the software and it worked for one week. After facing repeated problems, Then again I went to Customer care on 18-06-2015 they told that they changed the battery and again upgraded the software. After one week they have handed over the mobile. It worked upto 04-07-2015. Again I faced the new problem, "mobile is automatically restart and sometimes power is getting OFF" after switching on it is not coming to normal position after removing the battery for 2 to 3 times the mobile is coming to normal position. Till today they have done 3 times software upgradation. Each and every time I am facing same problem. so kindly replace the mobile instrument as early as possible. Being a retired employee, I cannot go each and every time to your office for repair the handset. Each and every time I am spending Rs. 200 for auto riksha. The mobile Sl.No is givien below for you reference Please.
    Yesterday i.e.08-07-15, I went to Micromax care and they changed the software and given to me. I sit in your care and loaded the apps, suddenly the mobile set is hanged, immediately I shown to your personnel and they checked and told me to change the mother board, battery and display. For that they says 15 days time.

    Dear Sir,

    I Ajeet Singh Rajawat purchase a Micromax Mobile on dated 27.09.2014 at Jaipur.After 10 month I face the problem the mobile automatically shuts down and on during the take photo by camera.Then I reached for repair the mobile at your jaipur service centre On 24-9-15. On 27.09.15 I received a message that the mobile has repaired please collect it from service center. As I went to the service centre on 30-9-2015 the executive said to me that the mobile has not repaired yet and they would have to send the mobile to the company for change or repair in maximum 40 days.They issue me new job sheet W-020319-0915-19473979.

    Several time i have talked with your executive of customer care but doesn't get any stick answer to solve the problem. yesterday i have talked with your executive of customer care he told me one of our senior executive will contact with you next 24 hour and also said that they are forwarding this problem into urgent but after 24 hour i have not contacted by any of executive.


    Above 93 days I have not get my mobile as yet ,so very bad service to customer.

    Kindly send my mobile phone as soon as possible.

    I think if you give the proper service to customer within committed time, then only you can satisfy the customer and it will helpful for your business.

    I Ajeet Singh Rajawat purchase a Micromax Mobile on dated 27.09.2014 at Jaipur.After 10 month I face the problem the mobile automatically shuts down and on during the take photo by camera.Then I reached for repair the mobile at your jaipur service centre On 24-9-15. On 27.09.15 I received a message that the mobile has repaired please collect it from service center. As I went to the service centre on 30-9-2015 the executive said to me that the mobile has not repaired yet and they would have to send the mobile to the company for change or repair in maximum 40 days.They issue me new job sheet W-020319-0915-19473979.

    Several time i have talked with your executive of customer care but doesn't get any stick answer to solve the problem. yesterday i have talked with your executive of customer care he told me one of our senior executive will contact with you next 24 hour and also said that they are forwarding this problem into urgent but after 24 hour i have not contacted by any of executive.


    Above 93 days I have not get my mobile as yet ,so very bad service to customer.

    Kindly send my mobile phone as soon as possible.

    I think if you give the proper service to customer within committed time, then only you can satisfy the customer and it will helpful for your business.

    i have micromax canvas e455 mobile, network are not detected any one sim,but sim name are visible in this display calls and sms not send airplane mode on (to place a call first turn off airplane mode),kindly clear my problem or tell me care number and service center number (my no is 9698916459)

    I am one of your loyal customer. I prefer micromax because it is only Indian brand which can compete other foreign brands. I have three mircromax mobile and a micromax LED. I have some issue with spark mobile. Audio incoming and audio outgoing is not proper. I am facing this from last few months but could not report immediately due to extreme work pressure.

    On first visit they updated the software and asked me to use it. The problem still persist and hence again i have submitted it to them. They kept for a day and returned it saying we have done servicing. I checked it and found that problem did not solved at all.

    Then again i visited same service centre. I noticed very bad behavior Ms. Rupali. Her behavior was very disappointing with all the customers. When i told about this to my son even he said that he too noticed about her behavior during his earlier visits. This is not expected from the such emerging brand. Hence i thought writing this to you. I think she was taking out her frustration on customers. There are people who are not much educated and your customer support executive should not behave like this. They told me that it will take 15 working days to repair the mobile. This is much time is too much.

    I expect the following else i will write to social media/consumer forum.

    1. Action against the customer support executive Ms. Rupali.
    2. Proper fixing of the issue in my mobile else replacement.
    3. Above things should be done as early as possible.

    I gave my phone micromax E481 to customer care centre in moradabad almost a month ago.I was told it'll take 21 days at most to get my phone done with. I've also talked to the senior officials at micromax centre who keep telling me it'll take a day or two more all the time. Please see to it. Its been long enough ,I need my phone back.
