Just images ... no information for customers. I have AC and TV both which need some service but I want to get it done with authorised person only.

ReplyDeleteMy simplest comment is that DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever buy ONIDA A/C. As mentioned by everyone else the after sales service is awful. Even if the a/c is under warranty you can be rest assured that till the warranty gets over no body from company will look after this. And after warranty if you ask for service people from customer reply do you have any service problem it means that you need to pay for it.
ReplyDeleteI bought Onida AC year back and hardly one time service person came to do warranty clean up of AC machine, that to i paid for that service. So in a year service is done only once but actually every three months one time service to be done as per rule. During first year of purchase i would have almost called up this no 044-398-89000 several times to ask for service even they generated complain no (Recent complain no 15059806380869). Nobody came till now almost 10 days over. Calling the representative no0 044-32575020, somebody called Mrs Lalitha says warranty over and it would be charged. Asking that only one free service is done till now i had to hear some rash reply from customer service at same no. Some time the telephone Nos supplied to me by call centre keep on ringing and nobody picks up. I call the service centre at least more than 50 times past year but nothing has moved. So my dear fellow citizens once again I am suggesting you to never buy ONIDA product.
I would not recommend this product to any body in my life such a bad customer service and behaviour from ONIDA. i remember seeing a bad faced like a CAT on television during the ONIDA add years before i feel same now when i call up customer service like somebody showing the same face and laughing at us for the purchase this machine.

ReplyDeleteI purchased one .75 ton split AC. This AC was purchased on 2nd June and is a defective piece. I have been trying since June 2015 to take care of the problem.
ReplyDeleteTechnician visited and said your transformer is defective. I replaced the transformer but the problem is not solved. The persons sitting on the customer care helpline are so negligent and careless they don't acknowledge the problem.
Recently on 22nd August same problem was reported and after numerous reminders 1 engineer visited after 10 days and assured for replacing the defective part within 2 days but he also disappeared and no one is responding from Onida.
There is no use of purchasing the A/c of such a reputed brand who claims to be one of the best service provider in the industry. I alarm all the buyers to refrain from this brand.
We are repenting for Purchasing Onida LCD TV as the mother board is gone with in 2 and half years. The service center are not able to replace the mother board. what should we do. we are very Unhappy by purchasing onida products

I purchased my TV on 8-9-2013,

every time the service guy comes and open tv he romoves some pins and cleaned and does some refixing . it works for some days and now two years later in November 2015, the screen faded to black. The sound still works and the images can be seen on the screen.

Onida TV service peopleis unable to give service in warranty period they will wait for the expiry date of the tv and then proceed after the warrenty date has finished.
As of 29september 2013, the picture is not showing. I've called onoda service they repaired the tv. A year later television is no good, Now again the Issue got started picture is not comming display became white some times blue. we are able to hear only the sound not able to see the picture, it's unfair and I don't understand how these television are only good for a year. And ONIDA service is very bad and was not made correct solution.

I have registered a complaint on January 8 th for my washing machine service and till February 24 th no body has come to check,and the number which I used 3988900 has become out of service and tried the other number 1800 3009 9000 which had led me to the Reliance General Insurance.What bloody company and workers.

ReplyDeleteReference to the attached email, i have been waiting for these many days that ONIDA being a good company and they will resolve the issues immediately.
But you can refer the initial email date and understand how many days are over and still problem has not been resolved.
Service person come as though does some fever to me and show their capability, i can't even understand their engineers does not even understand what is the problem in my LED.
One day one person comes after so much followup and tells me the given address is not in his area, he just calls me to tell this.
Secondly i will have to get somehow contact details and run behind them to beg them to get the problem corrected.
After so much follow up one person visits and tells there is problem with panel and this will be replace in 4-5 days.
After few days suddenly one guy from service center calls and tells me that the service person who came to my house and took photo, those photo seen by his superior and that to after 5-6 days and he claims that the issues is because of dust inside of the LED panel and that can be corrected by cleaning from inside.
With above assurance they wanted me to take the LED to their service center and offer them for repairing.
After so much argument they agreed to pick from my home and tried their best to clean and resolve the issue but as the problem is with LED panel how it easily can be corrected ?
Finally, service center fellow called me and told there is problem with panel only and they will call me once panel will arrive at their place and they expect me to bring LED there and get panel replaced.No date committed to me, as and when they call i should leave every thing and run at their place with LED.
Close to month getting over and i find lag in ONIDA service side and foresee lots of trouble in future.
I gets feeling that peoples deliberately delaying this as i am very close to ending of warranty period.
Is it something rocket science which these people can't understand problem and take immediate action?
I request you to kindly help me in this regard and provide me concern person email ID to escalate this matter as i feel its own it will not happen and there will not be any time limit to this.

ReplyDeleteI had purchased ONIDA LED 55' TV form ONIDA Arcade Mangalore Showroom now the TV is not working. After continues follow-up with the ONIDA service centre no one has come to check the TV. I took the TV personally to the Service centre the with out checking the TV they said is faulty panel and the model has been discontinued and no warranty for the replaced panel. Why ONIDA is launching such defective TV's and then discontinuing.
What is the solution for this issue, will you replace the TV or will get the spared...? TV is still lying in the service centre
