    Complain not resolve against no RNA131003034026

    My self atul kumar purchased new LCD 26LH20R.ATR (serial no 910LPWR041489) in 11/10/ 2009 and became a proud customer of LG electronics.

    But the things turn around when we have started using the LCD and gave me immense trouble during the span. Every time we have purchased AMC and their support is not as I have expected. your team has never bother to satisfy me in terms of smooth service and promises made.

    They service deptt not replaced the defective part as they said the spare part supply is not done and it was settled through direct cash with deprication as the would cost to me approximate Rs.20000/-as i have purchase 3years +2 years Consecutively Amc Of esteemed company due to the fear factor of getting problem in the LCD.

    Now I would Request all of you that there is solution for this to replace if with new one Because Mental Peace would not be attend in any case.

    I PURCHASED LG LED32 LB 5820 ATR Model 5820 ON DATED 26.12.2014 vide bill no 7658 from M/s GIRDHAR WATCH & RADIO CO. EXCLUSIVE LG SHOPPE MAIN BAZAR KALKA. (HARYANA). BUT ON DATED 30-03-2015 WHEN WE WERE WATCHING TV WE SAW FLAMES IN THE LED AND WE STOOD UP AND SAW THAT THE LED BACK PORTION HAD A BIG HOLE. I IMMEDIATELY TOOK UP MATTER WITH YOUR DEALER M/S GIRDHAR WATCH & RADIO CO. KALKA WHO REGISTERED COMPLAINT WITH THE CONCERNED OFFICE VIDE REQUEST RNA ID 150330027844. . IN THE NEXT MORNING YOUR MECHANIC CUM ENGINEER CAME AND AFTER CHECKING AND taking/ SENDING PHOTOS of LED SAID “THIS HAPPENED BECAUSE THERE WAS CABLE CONNECTION AND NO SET UP BOX WAS THERE. I PLEADED THAT IN OUR CITY THERE IS NO SET UP BOX INSTALLED AND ONLY CABLE IS WORKING AND MY BROTHER ALSO PURCHASED THE SAME MODEL OF LED ON THE SAME DAY ALSO. IN OUR NEIGHBOURHOOD ALSO THERE IS NO PROBLEM AND THIS HAPPENING IS BECAUSE OF MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THAT PARTICULAR LED.     My name is mohit makwana and i want to express my highly disatisfaction with LG company
    I had purchased a LG plasma 42 inch plasma tv from flipkart on 11th november 2014.i have the invoice copy as well with me for 1 year warranty and i am facing issue with HDMI port not working .
    I Called LG Customer care today and spoke about my problem AND I SPECIFIED THAT I PURCHASED PRODUCT FROM FLIPKART they said its okay then will send a technition to fix the issue .The technition came at my place and his name is pradeep gupta and he asked me to contact flipkart and tell them Lg will not send any technition to fix it and was asking me to coontact flipkart .
    I contacted flipkart and then i spoke to a technition khalid and he said that he is registering complaint to their higher authority .Now i spoke to LG customer care again and now they are telling me a new story stating that there will be charges for all products purchased online .So an incorrect information was given to me by LG and Flipkart both that i will get free service ..LG HAS MADE A BIG JOKE ABOUT THEIR GREAT SERVICE WHERE A CUSTOMER PRODUCT IS IN WARRANTY AND THEY ARE NOT SUPPORTING THEIR CUSTOMERS...

    Will be taking this matter to the consumer forum and will not recommend any of my frnds to purchase LG any more
    WORST EXPERIENCE AND YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER .THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

    I registered a complaint against my gasket for refrigerator door on 6th Nov 2015 having complaint no. rna151106037242 and registered phone no being 9892475746 and 9820089290 which was attended on 11 Nov and later my gasket was changed on 17th Nov, upon observation I informed the executive present that gasket hasn't been installed properly, he then assured us that it takes 15 days for gasket to set in but being still unconvinced with the installation I registered the complaint the very next day i.e.18th Nov 2015.the repairman came and used the blow dryer to repair the gasket which destroyed the gasket as well as paint nearby after complaining for two months I received a call from Mr. Milind and he was rude on the phone..I instantly registered the complaint again and he visited the place and he was rude and was vague and not ready to explain anything and asked me to pay again for gasket as gasket is not covered under warranty, even though the faulty installation and manhandling by the repairmen was the culprit .I even wrote this on the repair sheet but there was no followup.I am deeply disturbed by the rudeness of Mr. Milind and your company to handle the complaint.I even registered the complaint into escalation on your website twice which again fell on deaf ears.

    I am so disturbed by theyour service, lack of follow up and complete disregard for the customer. Now I understand that Mr. Milind was purposefully rude as he knew that there will be nothing done by the company as LG company only care about the sales not about the customer.

    I have one split AC for which the AMC expires on 24th of this month. I have contacted your Toll free nos several times from 23rd on wards. They gave me another no to contact. I tried several time and for each call the receiver giving me another no to contact. I am much ashamed myself since I have phoned nearly 2 dozen calls. But all in vain. I am enclosing some of the snap shot of my calls.

    Even today morning I have contacted for renewal of AMC. The person told me that a technician will contact you soon. But nothing happened. Really I ashamed myself for choosing your A.C..

    Anyway after going through my call snap shot, I think you may discourage me to choose any LG product in future.

    However I shall advise my friends;colleagues, nearby neighbours not to choose LG products in their life span.

    Hope you understand my concern.

  7. Don't go for LG TV products, there products are known defective 1 out of 1000. So don't if you are purchasing that, this company don't bother to replace the defective piece. But release in the market for the sell as known defective piece.

    I have bought LG Refrigerator Model No. GRB652YSP on 03.11.2010 and the Serial no.
    008KRTA00569 from E-zone Chennai vide their bill no.146898241. Its a 559 litres refrigerator which costed me Rs.49,788.00

    I called the customer care number and made a complaint that the Door of the refrigerator is not closing properly it is almost hanging on 28.07.2016 complaint number RNA160728028047 they told me the problem will be attended. On 28.07.16 a technician had come to my house and told that the hinges of the door was broken and it has to be replaced but later he told the door has to be replaced and would check the stock for this model and get back. He later told that door was not available and when I asked what other option I have to get it rectified he told me to sell the refrigerator and buy a new one. I told him to once again enquire with the company if the door was available and to my surprise I later found that he had closed the complaint. The person who visited my house was from M/s Techno Smart Service and charged me Rs.287.00 vide their invoice no.2149 dated 28.07.16

    I have then again made a complaint on 01.08.2016 complaint no.RNA160801065262 they told me that the technician will attend to the problem next day but no one has turned up.

    As the door of the refrigerator is not closing properly there is continuous beep sound and the refrigerator stopped cooling so everything kept inside is getting spoilt....like the expensive medicine, vegetables, etc.

    Its the responsibility of the company to provide any kind of spare parts incase of any repair. How can your technician tell me to buy a new refrigerator for just a minor repair of changing the hinges. Do you think people
    buy such expensive refrigerator every day for sake of such minor repairs.

    Please take this mail as final warning from me. Incase the refrigerator is not repaired within 5 days from the date of this mail then I will file a suit against LG India in consumer court and for which LG India will be responsible for all the cost and consequences.

    I had taken amc also.i must have to say lg is making fool to their customer.we need to highlight these type of unptofessionlism to social media also so that people know service related issie and choose any other brand.

    Dear sir,

    We had Purchased LG led 3D smart tv LG-LED/55LA6200 on 14th April ,14 of amount Rs 115,000/- ....Since last 1 year TV has got 1 vertical line , initially the line was very thin and visible only for few seconds but since Nov 2016 it is getting thicker day by day….i am worried it will get even thicker or spread across whole screen.
    I ignored it initially considering it is small issue but now it has become painful, I contacted the customer care, and they are asking me to change the panel which might cost 50% of the TV cost. We are shocked to hear about the defect within 2 years. I wondered such a big brand like LG is selling faulty product in Market with huge COST which can’t work for even 2 years properly.
    Surprised to hear from the technician, that it is common problem with LG TVs panel ,LG is selling outdated and faulty products thru their dealers. I have been cheated by LG. This is faulty piece been given to us and I would like to get this replaced at first hand. I am no more a fan of LG Products.
    How come LG give a warranty of 1 year for a faulty and outdated product.. We are investing so much money on brands like LG with a trust that it will last longer. We could have purchased unbranded products which gives better service and warranty at much lower price with same quality. It is disappointing, for a middle class person to bear the panel replacement cost.

    Kindly address my issue urgently and help me getting repaired/replaced my TV.
